Review a few of the latest and best body building books. Some of these title selections were inspired by a fellow MuscleBear who’s a San Deigo Gay Personal Trainer. John the Muscle Boss helped research some recommended reading for the best weight training and bodybuilding books out there. A few fitness, nutrition and muscle development book title recommendations for a beefy, healthy body should be in every Muscle Bear’s library.

Of note: Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier has got the single best muscular anatomy illustrations for over 100 exercises. Your workouts will be changed forever once you really see the Big Picture of primary and secondary muscle group involvement for each of these common free-weight and machine exercises. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Must Have. Period.
