BeefPieBear’s 10-Minute Fitness Pay Off

I know it doesn’t seem like much. 10 minutes of Fitness Activity at a time. But it’s a good starting point for this Bear to get back in shape and beef up. For those who had a commitment to exercise – and lost it – for whatever reasons: Laziness. Health problems. Life crisies and derailments. Ya literally just have to get back on the horse, back on the treadmill, back on the walking path, back down on an exercise mat – and it’s all a step in the right direction. Just set a ten-minute timer, do _something_ to move that body a coupla times a day – and you’re on your way.
